If i am walking on the street and someone just shoots at me and kills me or ''Tries' to kill me

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule also called NLR means you can't go back to the place you died for 3 minutes, and you can't interact with the player who killed you either. And if i get killed outside my house and i Respawn i can't go back even if i'm building and i'm not allowed to revenge on the guy/girl who kills me.

You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.

You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.

Why I should be chosen:
Why is should be chosen is because i play on Zarp DarkRp almost every day in i'm enjoying it very much, i got the moderator experience and i know all the rules, if i'm in a moderator conflict i'm not rushing because i got the time in the world and i want everybody to have a good time on Zarp! And im a very friendly and nice guy and i'm friends with alot of people in the Zarp DarkRp server. DarkRp is just a gameplay but i take it very seriosly as it got the real life experiences. i often get RDM:ed or see others breaking rules like propkilling or propclimbing and i can't do anything else than call an admin, so all i want to do it help and be apart of the Zarp staff as i also like to play roleplay. I would never abuse my powers and I will definitely not leave any player in need.

if someone can confirm you have been admin on a previous account then i dont see any major reasons to deny this, your app is pretty detailed apart from the part where you explained RDM, your why you should be chosen is well written so unless someone can prove you dont have past experience as a staff member its a from me

i just wanna add that remember there has been several servers, that might explain why i have 0h or even few hours. I will contact some off the old admins to confirm if they are still active thanks for your time lads
