Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: Someone has got many recent punishments (6 or 7 depending whether they have come off a recent ban) I would ban for some time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would get in contact with the admin / staff member who punished them and get their side of the story. If I think they are real and I believe their story I would respond with a:

Hello [PLAYER], after reviewing the circumstances and looking over it, I have decided to accept your appeal as you are clearly sorry and are being honest with me. Have fun playing and make sure to not break the rules again!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I have been a mod for a few weeks now and I have been able to get to grips with how the rules work and how players and staff members should behave. I feel that I would be a good admin and be able to help keep the ZARP TTT servers a nice place for people to play. I really enjoy the community and playing with people who are known on ZARP and new players. I feel like I understand the game much better and would be a good admin.
