I'd say your application could use a bit of work and you have recently had some report abuses, although these were denied it shows you need a better understanding of the situation and explain to people why they are being warned or they tend to make a big deal out of it on the forums. I say you should wait a week or two more but it will all depend on if I can see this week if you have improved or not
