Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would instruct them to spectate me so they can see wich buttons I am pressing and give more info. If they don't get it after that i would send them a clear surfing tutorial.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First I would verbally tell them to stop spamming. If they don't stop I would formally warn them and then kick them if i had to.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would inform them they are exploiting and tell them to stop doing it if it is causing harm to other players. If they keep doing the exploit I would warn them and then kick them if they continue.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have quite a bit of experience staffing as an admin on ph so I already know the basics you need. I also enjoy playing on surf and want to keep it fun for everyone as there isn't alot of surf staff. While i might not play the most I do intend to play a bit every single day in the morning/evening.
