Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would tell them to watch some tutorials on youtube because thats the best way to learn something (thats how i did it). Or i would tell them the basics myself: Tell them to spectate me by pressing f2 and showing the basics of surfing.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would kindly ask them to stop. If they continue they woud receive a gag/mute with a length based on how bad the spamming is. 5 for minor to around 15 for severe. if they continue after that they would get a warn using the warn command (if it exists on surf) and a longer duration mute. coninueing after that would result in a kick.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
First i would tell them to not exploit again and help them out if it wasn't an intentional exploit (getting stuck etc). If i were to see them do it intentionally again they would receive a warn and get slayed if they dont stop imediately. After that i would kick them if they keep doing it.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I currently hold the Super Admin rank on the PropHunt server, so this shows that im capable of being staff and can be trusted with a staff rank. Other than that i really enjoy playing some surf and notice that there isn't much staff so i want to help out with moderating the server. It has happened ofthen that i saw someone mic spamming / being rude in chat and i couldnt do anything about it and being mod would allow me to contribute to the server and resolve these issues when i'm online.
