How would you handle a TS3/Discord appeal?:

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
Teamspeak:
[] "Set Server Group" - Sets the user's rank - used when training new discord/ts3 staff or when removing ranks from resigned/demoted staff
[] "Kick Client From Channel/Server" - Does what it says, kicking the client from the channel you are in - used for minor cases
[] "Ban Client" - Used as a last resort, in my opinion, to be used when a client repeatedly breaks TOU or in major cases

Discord:
[] ?mute - mutes the specific player
[] ?kick - kicks the specific player
[] ?ban - bans the specific player
[] With discord head admin, I can also set ranks - to be used when training staff or when removing resigned/demoted staff ranks

What would I do differently with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):
[] One of the powers Discord/TS3 head admin has is the ability to train new Discord/TS3 admins. As a head admin, I will be responsible for training new staff and answers any questions they may have.
[] Instead of just handling punishment requests as an admin, head admins also handle ban appeals and staff abuse reports against Discord/TS3 admins. When dealing with ban appeals, I would talk to the staff member(s) involved to get an understanding of what happened for the player to be banned. When handling an abuse report, I would talk to the reported staff member(s) and the player who reported the staff member(s).

Extra:
A couple of weeks ago, the Discord got spammed with apparent alt accounts, I can not prove they were alt accounts, and those accounts mass spammed a racist slur on the Discord. I was the only admin on Discord at the time, so I was the one who banned the accounts. Even after the general discussion was being spammed with a ton of racial slurs, I kept my mind cool and clear when banning the accounts and banned them for an appropriate amount of time. I also hold a rank on TTT, with no abuse reports and no official warnings. I hope this shows I can be trusted with the rank of Discord/TS3 head admin.

I'll be the first to admit that my activity on TeamSpeak isn't amazing but my high, consistent activity on Discord should almost make up for this. Also this isn't as long as I wanted it to be Anyway, as always, any and all feedback is welcomed!
