Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
#1 - A player simply is intentiontally not looking to roleplay or follow the rules, which would be obvious if they were just mass rulebreaking. For example if a new player just joined and was Spamming, Mass RDMing and trying to exploit/crash the server they would receive a ban.
#2 - A player has at least 6 recent warnings on the server and is still rulebreaking, I would issue a ban.
#3 - If a player has been reported for scamming(i.e coinflip) in which both players agreed to the rules, if there is enough evidence to show that a player has scammed someone, they would be issued a ban until they decide to refund the winner.
Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
Admin Requests - Shows you the active F1's on the server which are currently being handled or is open to handle. Each F1 will tell you which player made it, the reason and if it's being handled or not. This panel is the first stages of becoming a staff member, as it helps staff members gain experience with handling situations and is not only beneficial to the community but to the staff as well as it is a crucial factor in being promoted.
Warnings - This panel shows every punishment which has been issued since you joined the server. Each punishment shows which player received it, the staff member who issued it and the reason. This panel is important when you are handling F1's to see whether this person deserves an excessive punishment if they have way too many recent punishments.
Logging - This panel is very useful as it tells you almost every action which has occured in the game. They contain which player has been killed by who, arrests made, job changes etc. it is very useful when determining if a player has broken a rule, most commonly NLR which would be visible by reviewing the time frames the two events occurred and is very important when handling F1's.
Active NLR - Lastly, you have a pretty self-explanatory panel which displays every player with an active NLR timer in the server and where it is located. This panel is mainly useful in seeing if a player is currently breaking NLR(New-Life-Rule).
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
The first thing I would do in this situation is give Player A a verbal warning to stop interrupting the sit and have them move on. If Player A is not compliant after given a verbal warning, I would then either issue a voice/chat mute or issue a warning.
Why I should be promoted(we recommend around 150 words):
Activity - I have been active ever since I started playing ZARP again in 2020, and so far I have been getting on every day trying to show I am willing and dedicated to this server. Obviously, being in the final year of high school I will be fairly busy with work and studying, although I will try my best to make time to be able to help out as much as I can.
Experience - Not only have I been Moderator for a month and a half in the past before receiving the role of Administrator in 2018, but was Administrator for over 5 months which had allowed me to gain experience in administrating the server. I tend to be one of the more mature administrators as I take the position quite seriously, but I don't mind having fun at times as well.
F1's - When I handle F1's I handle I have always handled them professionally and efficiently so that both parties can be back to roleplaying as soon as possible. I've always loved handling F1's when i'm online and will continue to help out the community whether it would be reports, questions, or tips and tricks.
Note: Permission to re-apply was given by the Head Administrator(OnionRings)
Thank you!
