Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
Link them to a youtube tutorial, much more helpful than trying to describe it to the user.
Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
Ask them to stop. If not, they get server muted.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Request an admin online to ban the user.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): During my free time I would be able to moderate the server.

Need more / consistent playtime.

The application is to the point but possibly too straightforward; how else can you show someone to bhop aside from just linking them a video? What steps can you take with someone exploiting? Why should you be chosen? Do you have past experience? What would you be like, or how would you act as a moderator?

Just some things to think about to improve your application, aside from these improvements there isn't much to say about it.

Short and straight to the point is what I was going for. I'm only going to link someone a video, anything else would be pointless. Exploiting can not be dealt by a moderator, and must be dealt by an Admin+! As I said, I will report it to an Admin. I used to be head admin on here a while back so I know the role and its responsibilities.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP BHOP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:

Low activity; We recommend a minimum of two weeks of consistent activity

You can apply again at any time, and thanks for supporting ZARP!
