Nice. We have had a couple of short conversations mostly over steam and throughout them you seem pretty nice! Though its a subjective thing and something that you can easily do just to show us that you are, it certainly is working.	Semi-Recent CM Ban This one is a bit redundant. You clearly stated having a CM ban is a negative which in deed it is. However the real question is how long we can hold it against you. I feel that it really does not matter too much and that it should not haunt you for too much longer since you seem to have been back for quite a while now. Of course being a forum staff member is more than simply being an admin or a moderator, however, its still not the biggest negative considering how much time has passed.
Activity You are extremely active on the forums and I feel that that is a great positive. As it currently stands you have almost 400 posts this month alone which is ridiculous, having skimmed over a handful of posts they appear to be about 50/50 regarding length and constructiveness, which is a good balance.	Server... So we hate to use this against you and this is not something that is a problem on your end, however, we feel that the server that you are currently a staff member on (Bhop to our knowledge) is not a server that necessarily needs a report abuse and or an appeals section moderator. These reports are few and far in-between and we feel it may be better suited for an SSRP or TTT staff member. Keep in mind its not your fault, that's just the way we feel...
Staff Member Despite the negative listed above we feel that being a staff member regardless should improve your chances. You being Bhop staff, even though it gets low reports as we stated above, it is also a server with few staff. Despite what's listed above we can still see how a lesser-staffed server could use a section mod, provided you do take it upon yourself to deal with any reports and or appeals.

In the end, that's all we can say. You seem to be nice with a lot of time in on your hands. Though we'd love to see the percentage of constructive vs unconstructive posts increase, but compared with all the rest we've said we cannot hold that against you. You found a decent balance and that is okay as it is.

You are a chatty person who seeks us out occasionally and wanted us to give you a personalized reply as we were intending to do with all other apps. So here you go, its good that you seek out people's opinions and that you are willing to improve upon what they may have to say.

Regardless, there may indeed be better candidates but we will not pick a favourite nor will we be seeing this from the perspective of "oh we already supported one person for X section" we'll give our support as if you were the first applicant for any given section and we feel you are definitely a good candidate for General more so than RA and Appeals (due to the server of choice, sorry). Regardless, we wish you the best of luck!

Honestly, Nick is one of the best and nicest people on Zarp. He worked his ass off on TTT, Murder, Prophunt, Deathrun, and SSRP. Those previous ranks that he held completely show that he has quite good experience. And I'm not gonna lie I forgot about his cm ban, it's like it never existed. He deserves this rank.
