Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Player X Gets reported for valid RDM, i would see he has 6 recent warnings with no bans in recent year.
So i would ban him for 1-3 days for to many recent warnings.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member X banned them permanently for “exploiting”, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?:

I'd review the appeal in great detail and speak to both the staff member who banned them and the player that was banned to see if they were truely sorry for what they had done, then after i collected all knowledge about the situation i'd give one of two outcomes, either ACCEPTED - If the player showed it was either inexperience or they were just sincere about their apology OR, DENIED - If the player didnt see to give much effort into the ban appeal and they continued disrespect to anyone else, additionally i would make them wait out there ban if they were hacking or being racist/sexist.

Why I should be promoted:
I should be promoted beacuse i try to be fair in report as much as i can be no matter whose report it is.
I like to give verbal warnings as much as i can, i have no joy slaying players.
I never abuse my Ulx commands, and i would like to ban players with mass RDM+LTAP without calling for help.
with each day i make less mistakes and im trying to get better at it.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank.
