How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:
It depends on the situation, so I am going to give an example:
A user is annoying another user, and he disrespects him, the first thing he would do would be to give him a warning and
if he does it again it would be a temporary mute, another situation could do in discord that he does not stop mentioning, in which I would tell him that if he does not stop I will have no choice but to mute him.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:

TeamSpeak

Kick - For example when someone does not stop bothering by putting music, sounds etc.
Ban - When someone is being racist.

Discord

In case of not using bots, you can ban, kick, in case they do not respect the terms of service,
also if they do not respect the rules the server, for example for of kicking it can be if the user is bothering and
if he continue i mute him with a bot like mee6 or dyno, in case of ban, a example if is spamming or adding content with a virus.

I've been in discord since 2016 and now in teamspeak, I think I'm a good candidate since I have the necessary experience to handle difficult situations, I'm not sure what you use in discord in the case of bots to ban, mute, etc. But I know how to handle all bots, I even have some of my own , so I hope you can give me a chance and show some of my skills.
