How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
During my time i have done alot for the server. I dealt with alot of rulebreakers, helped people that needed help. I gained a good understanding of the rules and know how to act in certain situations. I have good understanding of the tools I have available to find ghosters or other rulebreakers.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I have been staff for just over 2 months now and during that time I have gotten a perfect understanding of the rules, got very experienced at staffing prophunt and have been able to handle every situation that I came across on the server such as ghosting, people spamming, people with questions, people being rude in chat,...
I have a good and high activity, available most of the time. I check the forums/discord more than once daily, looking for any reports or staff requests. I attend every meeting I can. People can always reach me on steam, ingame, forums and discord.
I feel like I have contributed alot during my time as staff and want to contribute more by being an super administrator and taking on the responsibilities. This would allow me to contribute even more because then I have more tools and am allowed to do more than as an administrator to provide an even better playing experience for the people on the server.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I haven't really encountered any situations where I could make a workaround. But situations that I do have encountered and I couldn't do anything, I notified an lt member in the staff chat and explained the situation that was going on.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
First I would read the report and look at the provided evidence. After that I would talk to the reported staff member to hear their side of the story. then based on the evidence and what the staff member had to say, I would deny or accept it.
Accepted:
I reviewed your report and have decided to accept it. I will speak to the staff member about this and this will be brought up in the next lt meating.
Denied:
I reviewed your report and have decided that you didn't provide enough proof to take any actions or that the staff member was completely in their right to do what they did and no action will be taken against them.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
First I would ask what the reason behind the ban and the duration is. Then I would say that the ban is too long. I would tell them what a more appropriate time would be based of their past infractions.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would ask what the situation is. After I know the situation, I would give my input on how I would handle it and similar situations.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would talk to them in game or on teamspeak based on the situation for both their sides on the story. I would ask the accuser for evidence behind his claims and discuss it with them. If there isn't enough proof, I would say that they would need more proof and i am unable to do anything. If they do have enough proof or the accused confesses, I would look at it and if it shows that the accused really was rule-breaking, I would talk to the accused staff member that what they did is against the rules and that they should know they can't do that and what his reason behind it was. Then during the lt meeting I would bring it up so we can discuss the actions done.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would tell the staffmember to be more respectfull. I would ask why they were being so disresprectfull and give tips on how the situation can be handled whilst still being respectfull towards eachother. Then I would bring this up in the next lt meating.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
Depending on how bad it is, I would steak to them in private, teamspeak or just in the admin chat. I would firstly say that what they're doing is against the rules. After that I would ask their reason behind the actions and request them to never do it again. Then I would bring it up in the lt meating and discuss what the staff member did and how bad it was.
