Random Death Match or RDM is the act of one player killing another player for no valid reason.

1 Player Jack stands on the corner of a street and is AFK. Player Vinny walks up to Jack, pulls out a Minigun 2.0 and shoots Jack before running away.
2 Player Nero shows off their brand new RPG, player Don does not like Nero so he shoots him so that Nero loses their new RPG (and then just buys a new one cause they're worth absolutely nothing)

The New Life Rule, also known as NLR is the rule where a player is required to stay way from a district in which they perished for a certain number of minutes after death. In addition, the player "forgets" all that happened in their past life.

1 Player Kyle gets killed in the police district as a gangster whilst attempting to raid another player. Kyle after respawning gets desperate and returns to the hospital immediately.
2 Player George gets shot by a cop whilst attempting to flee in the Electric District. Once respawned George sees the officer again ― holding a grudge he shoots the cop to get his revenge.

You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.

• I'd first ask both players what has happened, it is crucial to gain the story from both sides.
• If the accused player admits to killing the victim then I would proceed to punish the rulebeaking player.
• If the accused player denies having RDM'ed the player then I'll request (non witness) proof of the situation.
  • If proof has been provided I will punish the player who is in the wrong accordingly
  • If no proof can be provided for one reason or another I'll tell the player that I cannot do much and that its best for them to get proof in the future

You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.

• I'll freeze the player to stop them from killing people, then tell them not to do it, I'll check their rapsheet and act upon it
  • If the user has no recent warning for Mass RDM, I'll warn them for Mass RDM.
  • If the user has a recent warning for Mass RDM, I'll request an admin to more severely punish the player (ban)

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I've been playing on the server for years and I've been friends with the best SSRP staff member ever, I think that I should be selected because I know a lot about the server and the players that play on it. I have 0 recent warnings and have only ever been warned once for the reason "AFK as cop". I have never been staff before but wish to prove myself and show that I can be a great staff member who could help SSRP, and by extension the community greatly! I am aware that currently my game time can be scribed as "shaky at best", however, I will during this week play a lot more and do my best to get the numbers up to acceptable standards. This guy, I swear... This guy is amazing. We've been friends for a very long time now and I personally introduced him to ZARP cause I needed someone to play with. He was always there to help me when I needed it and we spent hundreds of hours basing, raiding and messing around together.

Its always been a blast whilst playing with you in game and it still is to this day and I did tell you, you'd have to go for staff at some point, even if its just to cross of it off of your bucket list. You've seen me deal with countless situations and I've sometimes even let you handle some indirectly so that you could see what it was like.

You've always made valid and good reports whenever someone would break the rules in game with plenty of proof to back it up with. You were ready to go for staff years ago, but now that you're finally going for it I feel you're even more ready for it. You're always chill, calm, and deal with situations with an level headed viewpoint, you never take someone's side unjustly and always try to be fair to all parties involved.

Had I still been staff I'd have done everything in my power to make 100% sure that you were to be accepted, however, I am sadly not staff so you'll have to rely on the rest. But most of the staff team on SSRP should already know you as you keep introducing me to more and more of them and are able to call them out by their forum names too. You also immediately reported bugs when you'd find them, and you always put in your everything when tackling tasks.
