My point was more about there being more members in roles above admin than below. Obviously I know there aren't more super admins than moderators. If you take into account Head Admins and also Owners (which are conveniently cropped out of OnionRings' image), you'll see that there are more higher staff than mods, which was more my point albeit not explained clearly. I personally don't see a point in having so many rungs of higher staff, just seems more places for things to go wrong (having a division between Head and Super Admins for instance seems quite irrelevant). With the way things are though, I see no problem with CEO being a super admin.
