Languages I speak: Greek, English, German Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: Not much as I already have the experience from previous staff ranks Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): There wasn't one as I already know all the workarounds due to previous staff experience. If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: /// or @: This is used to communicate with other staff members that are currently online at that point. An example would be: "@ Hello Staff" or "/// Hello Staff" Global Mute (Gag): Global Mute is used to mute the player from speaking through the mic for a period of time. An example would be: If a player was mic spamming, you would Global mute them. Mute Chat: Mute Chat is used to stop a player from being able to type in chat. An example would be: if someone is being disrespectful through the chat. Slay: Slay is used to kill the player breaking a rule An example would be: If a player was gun spamming, otherwise not used too often Strip Weapons: Used to take the weapons out of a player's inventory/Hotbar. An example would be: If a player was spamming their gun to disrupt players. Taken over the main use of slay. Spectate Player: Spectate player forces them into a spectator. An example would be: If a player is AFK for a certain amount of time in an area where it could affect other players. Not used too often. Kick: Kick, boots the player selected from the server. An example of this would be: If a player has been avoiding punishments. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? First of all I would reply to the post saying handling. After that I would try and get into contact with the staff member that issued the ban and talk to him. If the person appealing is telling the truth and has put in enough effort into his appeal to apologize for his actions I would give him a second chance and lower his ban to an amount that the staff member thinks is fair(from a week to a month). If the person was lying in his appeal / didn't put enough effort / didn't show any remorse for his actions I would deny the appeal and tell him the reason for the denial so he can improve on it in the future. Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I know the rules and the staff ethos very well as I held staff ranks on other servers before, I may not be the best at making applications but I make up for it in action.
