Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Player A kills Player B for no reason = RDM. Example - Player A can see Player B has a expensive weapon equipped and is jealous so Player A kills Player B
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New life rule aka NLR is going back to the district where you died to continue roleplay. Example - Player A is raiding Player B, during the raid Player A kills Player B and Player B returns to his base to try to kill Player A
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
I would ask for both sides of the story from both players, after hearing both sides I would request either player to provide proof to back up the story they had provided, if no proof is shown I would inform both players the importance of proof. If proof is provided I would punish accordingly
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
I would go watch the user who is mass rdming and if what people were saying is true I would freeze the user, take them to a roof then check for recent warnings, if they had no recents I would warn the user if they had any or the mass rdm was to an extreme level I would request a higher up staff member to deal with the situation because I do not have the punishments readily available.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I have been at zarp for over 6 years, in this time I have seen many many staff members come and go, seen multiple lead teams and overall I have an extremely high experience with everything ssrp related from being with the rule breakers to being an admin and everything in between, pretty much seen it all over the time at zarp/ssrp. I have a great understanding of the rules although failing to follow them at times in the past. Now this is the part that I think is the most important for my admin application. I have been staff on ssrp multiple times I believe 4 times as mod a 1/2 times as an admin, while being a staff member I am a completely different player, never once over the times I was staff did I get an official warning nor demoted (every time was a resignation) While I was a staff member I never failed to hit my f1 count and on most weeks would be getting 100+. I never failed to turn up to a meeting and would always input fairly on everything I had any insight on such as staff applications, as a staff member I personally feel like I did a fantastic job, a polar opposite to anyone's expectations. Why should I be accepted now though? From coming back to ssrp I have made plenty of new friends, I have been helping out new players with basing, explaining rules and have had some fantastic conversations and time with players role playing. I have no recent warnings and on top of that I don't even have a recent verbal warning (I can't prove this but any staff reading this who has giving me a verbal feel free to prove me wrong on this) I have a fair amount of free time due to situations that I have been dedicating to ssrp and plan to continue to. It was a concern of mine while making this app, my activity although its high over the past few days it had been fairly inconsistent but you have my word I will have my activity, f1 count and overall staffing above par if you give me the chance to show the newer staff members that I am a completely different member while staff, an excellent staff member that is. Although it would be disappointing I would be completely understanding if denied for lack of activity.
