How would you handle a TS3/Discord appeal?:
I would first of all reply with handling so everyone knows that i am handling it, then I would read the appeal and talk to the staff member who punished them, from there I would decide whether or not to accept it.
Accepted:
Hello, ______ I have spoken to Staff Member X and decided that you deserve a second chance but if you were to break the TOU again you will be punished again. Have fun on TS3/Discord.

Denied:
Hello, ______ I have spoken to Staff Member X and decided that you need to wait out the mute/ban as you broke Zarps TOU

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:

Set Server Group: This sets a clients badge for their rank on one of the servers. This should only be used when a Client gets a rank on a server in the community or If a client resigns from a rank on a server it should be removed.
Ban Client: This is used to ban a client when they are constantly breaking TOU.
Kick Client From Channel: This kicks the client into the lobby/AFK room and is used when someone is breaking TOU
Kick Client From Server: This will kick the client from the server and is used when someone is continually breaking TOU.
Move Client to Own Channel: This moves the client from their channel to yours list can also be done by dragging their name into your channel.

What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):
Training a TS/Discord Admin.
When training a TS3/Discord Staff I would train them properly. I will keep an eye on new staff after being trained and make sure they are doing good and know what their doing and not abusing their powers in any way.

Handling Ban Appeals/Report Abuses
I would handle these situations correctly by speaking with the staff member responsible and the user in question if possible(both users if possible for a RA). If a staff member is abusing their powers by kicking people randomly firstly I would speak with them and if they were to continue their actions and constantly abusing, I would remove their TeamSpeak/Discord rank.

Create Channels
As a TS3/Discord Head Admin I could create channels. If a new gang channel got accepted I would create it and give the powers to only the owner of the gang or If a Murder server was created i would create a channel and I would put it in the right section.
