How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:
First I would ask the one that is bullying to stop. If they don't stop they would get punished. Depending on the severity oft he incident they would get a punishment such as a verbal warning/mute if it's a first time and minor incidient or even kick/ban for very severe incidents.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:

• Mute: when someone ignores requests, such as being asked to stop but they continue
• Kick: when someone still continues after being muted, or if they are mic spamming
• Ban: when they still haven't stopped after the kick or they are severly breaking the tou such as racism

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I am and have been staff in lots of other discord servers, so i have lots of experience with being staff on discord. Even tho I have no experience as being staff on teamspeak, the experience in discord definetly will help me out and anyways, there's a first time for everything. I have lots of experience with discord itself, bots (I can even make them myself), permission managment, dealing with rulebreakers and all things required for being staff. I'm always active on discord whenever im on my pc/phone and on ts when im playing games. I currently hold the rank of PropHunt Administrator so i have experience with being staff in the comunity and should show I can handle the responsibility of being staff in ts or discord.
