How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:
If the victim of the bullying was to message me about the bullying, I would first assure them that I will deal with the bully(s) appropriately. After that, I would then ask the victim if they had any proof or evidence of the bullying, whether it would be screenshots or video evidence. If and after evidence is provided, the severity of the punishment would be determined based on the severity of the bullying. Before I give any punishments out, I would also contact the bully to ask for the other side of the incident, if there is one. I would do this on both TS and Discord.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
Some common commands are:

Mute - Typically used for first offenders or minor issues such as mic spam

Kick - For when a user keeps breaking minor issues, such as mic spam, even after the mute, and other reasons as well

Ban - For when a user is breaking more severe rules, such as racism or homophobia, and other situational reasons

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
Most of the time, when I'm at my PC, I have Discord open and check it in between TTT rounds or during other games. I try to interact with players in general and try to help out players when they have issues I know I can help with, and if not, I try to direct them to a person, or multiple people, that can help them with their issue. I currently hold an admin rank on TTT, which should show I can be trusted with the responsibilities of Discord/TS admin.
