Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: A player consecutively Mass RDM's despite previous slays and a warning, since they have not stopped this behaviour even after receiving punishments it is acceptable to ban them

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would speak to the staff member who placed the perma ban to see why they didn't ban for 1-3 days instead, I would also make sure that the staff member who's how banning players works. Then i would try to get in contact with the banned player, to discuss their ban and show them the error of their ways and get them to understand the rules of the server. If the banned player understands and is respectable to the situation, and it has been roughly 1-3 days since the ban, then i would lift the ban and let the player play while making sure they aren't exploiting anymore. If they are continuing to break the rules then i will ban them again for about 5 days for not listening to the previous discussion. If the player is disrespectful and doesnt seem like they will change their ways then i would still alter the ban so it is 1-3 days or remove it completely (depending on how many days since the ban was put on) and i would warn them about their behaviour and that i will ban them again if they continue to exploit.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I should be promoted to Admin because i would make efficient use of the additional powers granted with it, when i deal with reports i try to get them done fast but effectively to ensure that players can continue playing the game and rule breakers get their correct punishments. Additionally i have previous Super Admin experience which i am using the best i can when other staff members need help making a decision. The use of bans can help me protect the players further by ridding the server of mass rdmers and cheaters, as well as people who continually break other rules.

Extra Information: (Not Required) I understand that i got made Moderator yesterday, but as stated above i used to be a Super Admin and therefore i have been to many meetings in the past and have a full understanding of how they work.

A lot has changed since you were last staff, so you could possibly use another week to familiarise yourself with everything. If you are able to get a pretty good report count this week and show you can handle situations effectively, then I'd be willing to vote yes.
