TOPIC: [TTT admin] jams application

Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: a new player joins and immediately mass RDMes (kills three or more people without a proper reason) then leaves the server to avoid being punished, if someone does this and its clear they dont care about the server (just spam nonsense in response to being reported) they should be banned for a day

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
first i would talk to the staff member to know more about what player x actually did to be banned. afterwards if i thought that player x's ban was unnecessary i would send them a message like this:


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
i have been a moderator on TTT for 5 weeks and in that time ive
had good activity (a few hours a day at minimum)
helped new moderators with difficult reports and not been afraid to ask my higher ups for advice
kept a significantly high report count
took time to go through a report in chat to help the player understand what they did wrong instead of just warning them for something they didnt even know was a rule
been friendly with all players and helped out new ones

On the serious side good activity and great time spent as mod, so you have the experience and understanding of the rules, as well as good attitude towards staff and players.

I think you have become much more comfortable in staffing than you was in your first week. Very active with a decent report count each week. I think you are ready
