Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If user "TrollGamer69" Mass RDM's then instantly leaves, I would use the ban command instead of issuing a regular warning which would be done when there is no LTAP. I would ban for the amount of times specified on the handbook for this situation

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would accept this appeal, but I would state to them what they did was wrong, make sure to have another good luck at the rules. I would tell them if it is repeated, they do risk being permanently banned without being able to appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I believe I should be promoted for various reasons, I have great activity, great knowledge of the rules, I always try to deal with each situation the best I can, and if I make a mistake, I accept that and do not complain. I am friends with many of the players on the server and always have great chats when we are online, making the spectating time less boring. When a player has too many recents, I know that I should let a admin+ aware of this fact and they should be banned as required. When a players consistantly be's racist|micspamming, I know to let an admin know, and have them banned. Being an admin would stop me needing to go to others for these situations, and be able to have them handled then and there, without annoying the other staff with those annoying @here @administrator haha
