How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator-
I've been in the staff team for just about 2 months now, and just a day ago i became a section moderator on the forums. I am extremely active on SSRP and i am always doing my best to keep the server in order
and to help the lead team members with diverse tasks, such as helping during events.
I have a good relationship with the SSRP staff members and the lead team,
i will continue to maintain it.
My activity is undeniably extremely good, i am always present on teamspeak, i play at least 4 hours a day on SSRP, mainly on DarkRP 1. I am active on the forums as much as SSRP , recently became a section moderator on the report abuse section, and i will keep being active there as much as possible to moderate more sections related to SSRP, since i believe being super admin without being a section mod on appeals, SSRP & RA is a "must have"
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team-
I am located in the EU, and at the moment there is no SSRP super administrator, and i believe that i am the perfect candidate for European time zones. I am present everyday from the morning to the end of the server peak times.
I am very communicative and easy to reach, which is a good thing when you wish to become a lead team member.
Active
As i said, it's undeniable that my activity is more than good, i am playing SSRP at least 4 hours a day, and i don't stand at spawn like a bot. I am also very present on teamspeak and Discord, to make sure that if an user makes a staff request i will be ready to help as soon as possible if i am not in game.
Trusted
I am aware what in the past i've been a pain in the ass for the staff team and the lead team. Nowadays anybody can tell that i am reformed, i've always been trusted because i've never been involved in big dramas or scammed or been in very big troubles for things that could affect my trust reputation.
Today my reputation is really clean and therefore i believe i am trusted by everybody in the community.

I am very friendly and always available to help anybody in need, i also help new players whenever i notice one, i always explain core stuff to the new players so they don't get discouraged to play on the server.
I always stay out of drama, or defuse it with my current administrative powers and always try to resolve the drama alone or with my colleagues, i give everyone a fair and equal chance and do not hold grudges.

I do take my roles within Zarp seriously, no i am not a maniac, i am just doing my job fine and keeping the server in order and contributing as much as possible as a community council member.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available-
A gun dealer was mass RDMing and just being a troll, i jailed him and decided to randomly go away for a few minutes and come back by his jail cloaked, and he was speaking to me, he was obviously hacking, it was early in the morning and i decided to keep him jailed and send a few anti-cheats, then contacted a lead team member when one was available to punish him. While we waited for OnionRings we had a nice discussion, and the cheater was kicked for hacking and never returned since.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member-
To avoid any drama i would simply notice that i am handling the report abuse on the involved staff member, e.g
Handling, will speak with X expect my outcome within 24hours !
Let's say the report states that the incriminated staff member was accused of spectate abuse.
The user claims that after hiding in the mines while doing a drug run the staff member found him hiding behind a ruby ore rock and he found that suspect.
I will speak to both sides and try to connect some points and figure out of the staff member did a 200iq play or specate abused to foil the user's drug run.
The incriminated staff member showed me evidence of him using a scan master and find the wanted drug runner in game.
I will then proceed to explain what happened to the user, and show him the video evidence.
I will write my outcome e.g
Hello X.
After speaking with Y and looking at his POV, he did not spectate abuse to find you.
I will be denying your report, no action will be taken against Y.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would ask for his reason why he decided to ban the user for that X amount of time, after recieving an explanation, i will educate the staff member on what not to do and be more concentrated for factors that can affect a ban. I would let him know on what to do and always check X user's rapsheet, so he knows whether or not to punish the user harder or not. I will make sure to let the user know that his punishment has been changed for X reason.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I will go to the staff member, then help him to resolve the current issue and explain him how to handle the said issue better. I will make sure to explain in depth how to approach situations like this more easily.

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
As this is serious accusations i would always remain calm and stay rational.
I will ask for the stories of both involved staff members, then compare the stories to find any wrongdoings and find if there was any rule broken .I will ask for both staff members to join me on teamspeak and solve the problem in a civilized manner. If there was a rule broken
i will educate the staff members if whether or not it was intentional, and eventually bring the incriminated staff member in the LT meeting to speak about an eventual sanction.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
As somebody that doesn't condone drama in any shape or form i would immediately as them to stop, and fix the problem in private messages to avoid any sort of fight across the chat or teamspeak.
I would ask them to stop being disrespectful and cut off the toxicity. I would tell them creating drama isn't putting a good look on the staff team, and could also destroy their reputation and trust. Depending on what was going on i would ask the involved staff members to calm down and relax for some time before coming back to defuse the drama and hopefully bring back order in the staff team.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
If i catch a staff member breaking rules and being on someone's back i would immediatly stop them and ask them to come explain themselves on teamspeak with me. I will let them know that this is unacceptable behaviour and i will collect evidence and bring up this incident in the next lead team meeting to punish the staff member accordingly.
