if someone has several recents i would ban them for a day

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
i would talk to the member of staff who banned them and discuss whether player x's exploiting was worth a perma ban

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
at the time of the next meeting i will have been a moderator for 3 weeks, as a moderator i have made no mistakes that were not easily resolved. i have also excelled with reports and do around 10 a day i am very understanding of new players and am mindful not to warn them but instead educate them to make TTT better for everyone, i am very active and manage at the minimum 3 hours a day on TTT and i play early mornings where there are a severe lack of staff online.
