7.If someone spams in the chat / microphone, I would warn that player, if they continue to spam, I`ll disable them.

8.If a player uses an exploit I'll ban them to hell.

9.Ghosting is a form of cheating in online games where spectators tell other players that are still alive where other players in the game are.
Example: Two friends play on different teams and when one friend dies he tells the other where all the enemies are hiding.

10.I behaved decently, sometimes helping other players when they asked. Almost every day I manage to go to the server and play there. Made friends with moderators and admin ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). I think this server is the best among the others. Nep

You're very kind and active on the server. It would be great to have you on the team. The formating of your application is a bit off thoug. You also can't ban as moderator but you'll learn all of that when you get trained. You'll also learn the appropriate ways to handle different situations when you get trained.
