Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:

If someone on the server was text/mic spamming with and you can tell its just intentional I would just mute them. If they were just talking and their mic was boosted accidentally or something and I could tell it wasn't intentional I would simply ask them to fix it.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

If someone was exploiting with the pure intent to ruin other players experience, I would have to warn them and tell them to stop. If the player was clueless and did not know they were exploiting I would simply ask them to stop and let them know why it was exploiting/against the rules. If the player continues exploiting I would punish them accordingly. (if needed I might have to call a higher up to ban them)

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:

Ghosting is when a player gives another player important information such as a prop's position. If someone and their friend were online and on separate teams, one player telling the other where their team is would be ghosting. Ghosting can lead to punishment and is against the rules, it ruins other players experience.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I have recently been more active on prophunt and I wanted to try staffing on it. I am a very dedicated, trusted member of the community as shown by my legendary member role and ex-positions within the community. My activity should be 2 weeks by the next meeting and I plan to keep playing more. I am from the US so my timezone is 8 hours behind, the server population has not been to high recently for my timezone but I have been trying to play when there is more players on (but its kinda difficult). Hopefully I can be given a chance on the staff team here!
