Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
Depending on the situation I would firstly ask them to stop mic/text spamming, if they refused I would gag/mute them for 5 minutes. If they continued I would gag/mute again this time for 10 then on the third offence I would gag/mute for 15 minutes and if they did it again i would request an admin to come on and ban them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would first of all tell the player in question that what they are doing is considered exploiting on this server and it isn't allowed. Depending on the situation I would most likely verbal them, telling them not to do it again. If they proceeded to continue doing it I would punish them for exploiting.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when a user tells another user where a certain prop/hunter is (information which they could not currently know themselves). An example is Prop1 dies, Prop1 is friends with Hunter1 and currently in a discord call with them. Prop1 proceeds to tell Hunter1 that Prop2 is to their left. This is considered ghosting.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I have played prop hunt for the past week and have really enjoyed it, I feel as though I can contribute to the staff team as I have been told by chespin that they need staff, I am also currently a super admin on TTT. This proves I am dedicated to Zarp and can be trusted in a role such as this. I would say that I understand the rules very well and will benefit the prop hunt server. I know I have very little time but I plan to get more through the week.
