How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
As an administrator I have helped the community by handling many different types of situations. By the time of the meeting I should have been staff on the server for about 7 weeks. Each week I play for over 3000 minutes and achieve over 100 reports. I have a very good understanding of the rules by reading the resources that are available as well as spending so much time on the server. This understanding is shown as I have never had one of my punishments appealed. Any mistakes I have made has been a lesson which I have learned from and I have never made that mistake again. I always try to help someone who needs it and I always take the players point of view while doing so. I also feel like I have helped a lot of staff with their reports and other issues they have. I have a great relationship with the lead team as well as the rest of the staff team. I want both staff and users to feel like they can come to me with their concerns. This has already happened on a few occasions and I dealt with their concerns appropriately by telling the appropriate staff member. But if I was a super admin then I could address some of these concerns myself.
My overall goal as super admin is to improve the user experience as well as I can. I love TTT and I have made many friends while on the server.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Activity: I think my activity speaks for itself. Each week I get over 3000 minutes since I have been staff. I’m almost always online playing the game and staffing the server. Every time a staff is requested, or staff puts in a contact request I answer it and come on the server if I am available. My high activity shows how dedicated I am to TTT.
Attitude: I always have a polite and positive attitude whenever I am on the server or on the forums. I am eager to help anyone I need and will answer any questions or queries they might have. I am dedicated to the server as I love playing TTT and have made many friends since re-joining the community.
I try to be as non-biased as possible, not unfairly favouring any individuals in any situations. I also am very forgiving. New players make many mistakes and I would rather give a player a verbal than a slay if they are intending to learn and only make honest mistakes. When I player RDMs me and it is a honest mistake I will cancel the report.
Forums: I am very active on the forums. I make sure to interact with all topics that are TTT related whether it is staff applications or server suggestions. On staff applications I will give the applicant constructive feedback so they can see how to improve. Whenever I see someone who is in need of help I'll gladly do so. Whenever I see an unhandled appeal or punishment request I will handle it fairly.

Teamspeak/Meetings: I’m on Teamspeak most nights cooperating with my fellow admins on the server. I have attended every meeting since I have become staff and I do my best to voice my opinion during the meetings and let the staff team know of any information or events that might affect the effectiveness or trustworthiness of the applicant. I listen to my fellow staff members views yet I remain unbiased when voting for new staff.
Helpfulness: I try to be as helpful as I can to both users and staff. I have gone on to teamspeak to talk new staff through their reports on many occasions and even help experienced staff if they are struggling with their reports. When I am handling reports I make sure that the users understand the rules that they have broken so they can better understand the gamemode.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
One of the most common issues I run into which requires the help of a Lead Team member is when a hacker comes on the server. There has been many occasions where a hacker is mass RDMing. If there was a lead team member on then they could run anticheat but without them I gather evidence through recording. If I had the anticheat tools I will be able to catch hackers much quicker, before they ruin the round. This happens many times and the staff team can see the amount of hacker reports I have made in the staff discord.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
Assuming that the user has used the template appropriately I will announce that I am handling the report. I would then look at the evidence that was provided and (if possible) contact the victim who made the report to get more detail on their side of the story. I would then contact the staff member who was reported to hear their side of the story. After I hear both sides of the story and have a full view of the situation I would then make my decision whether to accept or deny the report.
Accepted:
Hello player,
Thank you for your report. You have shown sufficient proof that Staff member 1 has abused his powers. Staff member 1 has been spoken to and realises what he did was wrong. He will be brought up at the LT meeting. Thank you for taking the time to make this post.
Denied:
Hello player,
Thank you for making your report. I have reviewed your report and spoken to the staff member in question and have decided to
deny this report. The evidence you provided shows that Staff member 1 has in fact not abused his powers and was right to punish you in this situation. No further action will be taken
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would contact the staff member and ask them whether they felt the ban length was appropriate and why. I would guide the staff member to making the right decision, avoiding telling him the answer directly. If needed I would show the staff member where they can find information on the ban lengths (such as the staff handbook) and direct them to the staff ethos. I would explain that we do not want to ban players who want to learn and when a user makes mistakes then they should be given a more lenient punishment. I would correct the users ban length. If the staff member continues to ban excessively then further action will be taken
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
If the staff member is behaving in a rude manor then I would ask for them to come to teamspeak to deal with the situation easier. I would explain to him that this sort of behaviour is unacceptable as a staff member as they are meant to set an example. I would then oversee the situation and make sure they handle it fairly and apologise to the user if they are very disrespectful.
If the staff member is simply struggling with a confusing report then I will guide them to the right answer rather than take over the report and just tell them what they should do.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
If Staff 1 accuses Staff 2 of breaking rules I would ask Staff 1 to gather evidence and to hear their side of the story. With this evidence I would confront Staff 2 and ask for their side of the story. If there was no evidence then I would not take it any further. If there is sufficient evidence then depending on the severity of the rule break I would either tell the staff that what he was doing was wrong and it needs to stop happening or I will bring it up at the LT meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would ask the staff member to calm down and stop acting disrespectful. I would ask for the staff members to come on teamspeak and I will individually speak to them to get a full view of the situation. I will then tell the staff who sparked the argument what he did wrong so he can improve for the future. I would then get both staff to talk it out together while I supervise them. If both staff members agree and apologise then no further action will be taken. However, if one of the staff refuses to stop arguing then I will talk to my fellow lead team members about the staff member or bring it up at the LT meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would PM the staff member and tell him to stop immediately and to come on teamspeak if possible. While there I would tell him what he was doing was wrong and that he is the face of zarp and should lead a good example for the users.
If the abuse was serious and the staff member refuses to stop then I would emergency demote them and notify the lead team that the staff member was demoted and for what reason. Then the demotion would be brought up at the LT meeting.
For lesser abuse I would tell the staff member what he did was wrong and give him a verbal warning. Then I will bring the situation up at the LT meeting.
A big thank you for taking the time to read my application. Any constructive feedback left would be hugely appreciated.
