Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
Permission given by OnionRings and Xnator to apply straight for admin

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If a person commits constant rule break and/or they have too many recent warnings.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Something like this:
Hello there, congratulations on getting moderator on ZARP's ProbHunt server.
First I would like you to read the staff ethos to get a better understanding on how you should act as staff.
Here are the basics behind the commands:
Gag: makes a person unable to talk.
Mute: Same but for text chat.
Fspec: forces a player to spectate.
Slay: slays a person incase of people exploiting or something.
These are all pretty generic and easy to use, the are all chat commands so you can type them in chat. You can type them in chat by typing !command <name> reason. But with Fspec you don't write reason.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Yes so I am currently a TTT admin so I have experience administrating on servers. I am very costumed to the PropHunt rules and I know that I will be able to do my best to make the server a better place to play in. When I'm on the server there's usually alot of rulebreak so I just want to make it a more enjoyable place.
