Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

If player A kills three or more players without a solid reason why he did so (RDMed them) and then instead of waiting for his punishment just leaves the server. Following to that I would ban him for one day with the reason MRDM + LTAP if he has no recent punishment (/bans) before that.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would first look at the appeal and then speak to the Staff Member x in the case he still is playing. Then I would probably discuss the case with fellow staff or come to a verdict myself.
