Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match (or RDM for short) is when you kill someone for no reason or on suspicion. One example is when as an innocent you see another unproven innocent smash open the iron blocks in the traitor room in the water so you kill them however anyone can smash those blocks

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
One example of an acceptable KOS is when someone stops the golden block from reaching the traitor tester. This could be when someone throws it away during the round. However if the golden block is chucked away during pre-round you cannot kos for that.
Another example is when a player is not allowed to use a detectives KOSed health statio0n but still does. The detective can then kill that player unless the player is also a detective.
A third example is throwing a incendiary/discombobulator grenade near a player. This could be throwing them for no reason or in a random direction(random grenade throwing)

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
One example is if someone is afk, you are not allowed to kill them however you can ask for a staff member to force spectate them.
Another example is when you have a grudge on someone from a previous round and RDM them in a future round because of it.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 100 words):
Hi everyone! Ozzy back again. I should be chosen because:
1) I have been a moderator for this server before.
2) When I resigned I said I was only taking a break and so I'll of at least a month long break.
3) The day after I resigned I realized that I missed it quite a lot but couldn't re-apply.
4) Tones of people were sad to see me go and now I want to make them happy by returning.
5) I feel that I now understand the rules much better than last time.
6) I am often talking to the staff or asking them questions.
7) I am always helpful towards new players on the server.

I have amazing activity.

RDM can also be just damaging a player and not only killing someone, your acceptable examples about blocks should only count as one as the rules regarding them count for both diamond and golden blocks, I'd advise you to find a different example instead of one of them. As i said on callumok's application, i let people bring up Pros and Cons in the meeting and then vote judging by what's said in the meeting. Take this as constructive criticism and feedback. There are two main things you need to improve on:

Attitude / ingame playstyle: IMO threatening players with the rules so you don't get killed is not a desirable attitude. Ive seen you throw a grenade and your response when someone kosed you was "You cant kos me, i didnt throw it, if you kill me im going to report you". Dont threaten people with reports every-time they kos you for a valid reason. By all means, when youre a traitor you can lie and say you didnt throw it but users dont want to be threatened with a report. If you were staff and did this then users will not want to play and will think youre abusive. You can also get angry, hence the situation earlier on this week.

Knowledge of the rules: Youre knowledge of the rules isnt the greatest, I gave a guy you reported a verbal as it was a honest mistake and he apologised and you told me "If the victim wants him slain youve got to slay him". This is straight up wrong and something you should know as a former staff, its literally the first thing on the rules.

I feel like if you made these changes then you will not only become a better candidate but also enjoy the game more. And yes you should regain trust
