How would you handle a TS3/Discord appeal?:
I would handle a TS3/Discord ban appeal just like every other appeal. I've handled many appeals and reports and they all go the same way, contact the person banning them, discuss, make a verdict. As mentioned I've done many appeals and reports in my time so these would be the same.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
On TeamSpeak3 I would be able to do the following:
Assign newly promoted staff their ranks.
Handle Appeals/Reports
I would assign newly promoted staff their ranks during training so that I dont have to call another person to do it, and I would handle appeals and reports whenever possible.
On Discord I would be able to do pretty much the same things:
Assign staff roles and remove staff roles on the discord.
Handle Appeals/Reports.
I would sort out the staff ranks as usual after meetings. Usually I have to contact a head admin to do it for me and I'm pretty sure I annoy them. Handling reports/appeals would be the same as normal and I would do them whenever possible.
What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):
With my new powers I would be able to assign people their correct roles, handle ban appeals/reports, and be able to make sure the other staff are doing their respective duty's. I often look out for people who are not assigned the correct staffing roles and tell other Head Admins to fix it, I probably annoy them actually... Handling ban appeals for TeamSpeak3/Discord would also be beneficial and I would do them whenever possible.
