How would you handle a TS3/Discord appeal?:
Firstly I would approach the appeal with no bias or personal problems I had with the version would be void. I'd reply letting them know I'll be handling their appeal.

After replying, I'd review the appeal and get their side of things. Let's say the user received a 1 day ban for being racist on teamspeak. I'd then approach the staff member who placed the punishment and get their side of things. Let's say they banned them after being told to quit being racist but continued.

The Ban reason sounds very fair especially considering the users offences. I'd them the admin know I'll be denying the appeal as he had ample chances to quit his racist behavior. The reply would look like this:



Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used appropriately:

Removal of Ranks: Most Notably, as a Teamspeak 3 Head Administrator you'll now be administrating Teamspeak Staff. You can now take their rank away in resignations, demotions, etc. You would not use this power to your advantage for "fun".

Giving Teamspeak Staff: Giving players teamspeak staff and being able to train them obviously is a new addition as well. This would be appropriate if the player had just been promoted after the Meeting, or if they need the rank as they've lost it somehow.

Handling TS3/Discord Appeals: I'll now have the ability to handle teamspeak and discord ban appeals! Handling TS3/Discord Ban Appeals is appropriate when the user makes an appeal, and I'd handle it as stated above on the previous question.

What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words): As a former Teamspeak 3 Head Administrator, and the first one, these powers will not be new to me. I've done the job before and I can do it very well again. I've been back in ZARP for several months now and feel I have ample experience to do the role at the best of my ability. I'd obviously use the powers I receive if promoted just how I've done my current job as teamspeak staff. With Nobility, Character, and Grace.

I'm American which is good for timezones considering Spectrum is the only current TS3 Head Admin and is not on at times when I'm available. I'm on Teamspeak a majority of the day and on when situations could arise where a Teamspeak Head Administrator would be very much needed.
