Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
When somebody Mass Rdms (RDMx3 or more) and leaves
OR
When somebody has 7 recent punishments.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hi ___, after speaking to the staff member ___ whom banned you, we have decided to accept your apology and issue an unban. This means your appeal is accepted! However, please be warned and aware that exploiting in any form is unacceptable and next time, your appeal will not be accepted. Thank you.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
So, as you all know my staffing came to an end in january as i was focussing on university. As university is finished until september, i thought it would be good to come back and kill some time. Throughout my time on the server i have always been mature (well i mean except from banter with old friends and staff), positive and outgoing. I left the staff on a good note, having performed many hours a week and handling many reports. Im friendly to new players and players all the same! Regardless of age or who they are. In fact, i go out of the way to stop bullying or harassment on the server even if im not a staff member currently.

Why am i skipping moderator and going for admin again? Well, i left as admin. Placing me as moderator will just waste time and energy since i outperformed as a moderator last time and i still am familiar with the rules and punishment systems. I have permission from Henny to apply to admin , and i am sure he knows my character well enough as to give permission in the first place.
The only reason i wish to apply as administrator is to help out the staff team by being another figure in the team, and sharing some of the time and tasks. I also wish to give help and advice to our moderators, as i have previous experience.
