Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If someone killes 3 or more players without a valid reason (Mass RDM) and then leaves the server to avoid getting warned (Mass RDM+LTAP)
Or
If the player has 7 recent punishments.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

After speaking to the staff members we have decided to accept your appeal. This means u will be unbanned! However be aware that exploiting in any kind of form is not allowed and next time, your appeal will not be accepted.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think i'm ready for a rank up because in this time i have been a mod i already feel like i'm able to do more. I have been a mod in the past so i knew what to do already. There hasn't been changed much from then and i feel like i'm ready for it. I have done a lot reports already and have a good activity.

Extra Information: This would be epic to get my old rank back.
