★━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Why I should be Head Admin━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━★

I've been around in ZARP for more than a year and have been staff on TTT for that long as well. My dedication for the community and the server is clearly visible, as I have spent over 3 months being a Super Admin, I'm confident to say that I've acquired a lot of experience for the next rank by handling a lot of SA tasks well and the following:


I've never had less than minimum activity and always attended meetings, in which I voice my opinions regarding any matter.

I always find it important to speak my mind and listen to others' opinions as well, so the outcome is always good. Regarding activity, I've always gotten my time, even when I've been on vacation, as I've always prioritized the server, further proving my dedication.

Never have I abused any command on the server, proving that I'm trustworthy and reliable.

Even though I like having fun, messing around with users and whatnot, I have never went across the line and always paid close attention and taken action when commands are misused. There have been several mentioned occasions, all of them which I've handled professionally.

I have trained countless staff members throughout my time as staff and made sure the trainee has a good understanding of everything.

I have always taken my time with these, as I know that the trainees mistakes could negatively affect the server, I do these not to clear my rota, but to ensure they have a good understanding of all commands, policies and ethos they have to follow. I always explain everything in a friendly and professional manner to be as approachable and understandable as possible.

I've never missed a rota nor received an official warning.

This shows that I know how to do my job regardless of the rank and proves my competence, it is a key factor of why I believe I deserve this role. I have made few mistakes in the past, but never made the same ones again, as I am a quick learner and competent.

I'm also very active on Forums.

Most of the time I'm bored (all the time), the first thing I visit is the forums, where I've done a lot of report abuses, given feedback to applicants and voiced my opinions on suggestions, which proves that I take part in every place I can as a staff member.


In general, I have always handled situations like any competent Lead Team would and I feel like my capabilities are limited as an SA, as a Head Admin, I would take care of the integrity of the staff team and help every member with everything I could provide.



In conclusion, I believe that I'm definitely a good candidate for this role, as I'm known for being friendly towards users & staff and I'm always there to help whether it is with rules or anything regarding their experience on the server. I like to think myself as the "go-to" staff member that anyone can freely approach, ask for feedback, help, or anything at all, as I'm almost always online on both discord and steam and always respond on time when contacted.


★━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Goals as Head Admin━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━★


My main goal as a Head Admin is to do everything I do now, but better.

With the access of an advanced anticheat, I'd take better action against cheaters, which is a problem that's always present and very upsetting to witness happening, I hope to take care of this and not only that.

Since I'll have the ability of supervising admin trainings and being able to give permission for former admins to go straight for the mentioned role, I would closely watch over the quality of staff members and bring competent members to the team. I want to make sure every staff knows what they're doing to improve the general quality of the team, so the user experience is as high as possible at all times.

Other than that, there are always warnings to be removed that are requested by the staff team, I plan to always take care of these quickly and without mistakes, as I always respond to Lead Team requests when there's a cheater on the server, a question asked, or anything involving LT duties immediately, warning removals would be no different.

These are obviously basic HA roles, but with a mere 2 Head Admins right now, I think the server could use another, if you've read this far, I'm sure I've talked about everything I have and will do, therefore I am looking forward to acquiring this role and boosting the server's quality even more.

I have improved my presence on teamspeak as well now.
