How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?: First off, I would talk to the person and see if the bullying has been an ongoing thing, if it has I would immediately ask for their side of the story. evidence, if they have evidence I will speak to the person harassing them while they gather it. If the player denies the fact that they were bullying the other user, I would wait for the evidence. Once I receive the evidence, I would ask the other user why they lied to me, which could lead to a larger punishment. If they admitted that they were bullying the other user, I would first thank them for admitting it, then I would tell them how the other user feels and why they need to stop.
Next, I would suggest that the user apologizes for the bullying, it is a very good way to start an end to the problem as it calms the situation between both people down. Once the apology is over, I would talk to both parties to make sure that the problem doesn't persist. If the problem persists, the user bullying will be spoken to and banned, I want the user to make sure that this type of behavior cannot stay on the servers. If the player repeats the action once more, he would be permanently banned.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately: Ban - Used for a disruptive user causing problems or breaking the TS rules constantly.
Kick - Used for a disruptive user who is causing problems that aren't too major who just need to cool down.
Moving Users - Used for moving people into private spacers to speak, or into the meeting room.
Assigning Roles / Badges - Used to give people ranks or remove ranks for people who have been accepted, promoted, or demoted.
Removing Avatars - Useful if somebody has something disgusting or against the rules in their avatar.
Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I should be chosen because I am constantly looking through the Discord and joining the TeamSpeak at times, I am a trusted member as I am SSRP Administrator and a member of the Community Council. I would like to become an admin of the Discord and TeamSpeak to help remove unnecessary issues from both servers. I am extremely reliable and can be contacted at almost any time as long as I am not asleep. I am constantly finding myself needing to be moved into certain channels and have to ask someone to move me themselves. I have notifications for Discord and Steam on my phone, so I never miss or ignore people's messages.
