Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
The ban command can be used in any of the following 3 situations:
Spamming props in an attempt to crash the server, when the server is near crashing point and it would be more beneficial over a jail for prospam.
If there is a user with multiple reports and a high number of recent punishments, I would ban them. The ban length would be based on the severity of the rulebreak itself.
A player is constantly harassing a user after being told to stop by both victim and an admin.


Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
Admin Request
When a player makes an F1, this is where it will go. They are sorted from oldest to newest, with oldest being at the top of the menu. To handle an active request, right click it and click 'Handle This'. You will then be able to bring/ teleport to the player, which are the main commands to handle a situation.

Warnings
This screen will display the active warnings players have been given. It shows the name, SteamID, the reason and the admin who issued the warning.

Logging
This is one of the most important screens on the F1 menu. It will show you every event a player has done including join, deaths/kills, arrests, job changes, hits and name changes to name a few.. The logging starts when you join the server.

Active NLR
This screen shows you all the active NLRs on the server, alongside the time it expires and who it is on.


Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
I would tell the user that they should stop or I would issue a punishment for interference with a sit, and will follow through with this should they continue. This would be either a warn or a mute for whatever issue/ rulebreak they committed during the interference..


Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
If the ban was a first offence I would lift it on specific conditions and watch the user to ensure that they do not rulebreak after. If they have previous I would lower the ban and ask them to familiarise themself with the rules during the shortened 2 week ban they have.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I have been very active since getting moderator on SSRP, completing a good number of F1s to the best standard. The new admin powers would allow me to handle F1s easier, alongside general RP situations - such as gun dealers shooting up spawn/ a policeman mass RDAing. I have proven on other servers I can be trusted with the powers given by being an admin and I believe getting promoted would allow me to be more efficient in staffing and helping the server in general. Even the little things such as the ability to use the physgun rather than search a whole tablist, meaning I can react quicker!
