Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: As I've spent my time on the server as a moderator I've gotten to know and play with the regular players of ZARP surf. I've also leant a lot more about surf allowing me to explain controls and such in much more detail. Other than that I've already learnt how to use the moderator commands in the past with my experience as an Admin on TTT.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): I haven't encountered anything as of yet as the server has pretty much been chill the whole time I've been here. I have been close to gagging a couple of people but nothing further than that.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Congratulations on finally becoming a moderator! As a moderator you hold responsibility within the server, meaning you have access to new commands such as mute, kick and gag. Use these abilities to help moderate the server with fair use. Before punishing a player, make sure to verbally warn them before handing out any punishments. All your commands are accessible through the tab menu and !warn. You also have access to strip users weapons, use this command to strip weapons if they abuse the system.

Weekly meetings are held at 7:30 pm every Friday (UK Time) and you are now invited, allowing you to vote on users becoming staff or discuss server changes.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? Firstly I would talk to the banning staff member, discussing how serious the exploit was, if it wasn't as serious I would respond with;

Hello Player X, after talking with the banning staff member and looking at your rap sheet I have decided to accept this appeal, you haven't committed any offences in the past related to exploiting and seem to be very apologetic, your ban has been lifted and you are now able to play on the server, be sure to re-read the rules as they may have changed during the time you had been banned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): As my time as moderator I haven't come across times where an administrator is needed, but its best to be prepared for any upcoming situations that may pop up. I have proved myself to be active as I'm on every single day for multiple hours, while interacting with other players and helping them with the server, it could've been on how to surf or teaching them on commands/server features. With my activity I prove to be very useful and may be on while other staff arent. As a moderator I've used communication skills such as talking/typing to help others which I plan to keep using as an administrator.
