How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord
I would first of all ask the person bullying to stop then I would bring them into a spacer and talk to them about what they were doing and why it was wrong. If they apologise I will verbally warn them to not do it again. If they refuse I would ban them for bullying.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
Kick - If a user breaks TeamSpeak terms of use or discord terms of use.
Ban - If a user is constantly breaking the terms of use everytime they come on.
Add/Remove Badges - If someone was recently promoted/demoted/resigned I would either add or remove certain badges such as TTT Moderator.
Moving people- I would move someone into certain channels if for example I was handling an appeal and needed them.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I am very active on TeamSpeak and discord use it almost everyday whether that be handling appeals and taking to the staff member about it or just having fun with other players. I feel as though I could stop being for example racist, homophobic and offensive in general. BTW I would say more administrative features but I don't know a lot of them as I have never been TS3/Discord staff before.
