Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: I would explain how the ramps work and how they are normally laid out, Straight, curved etc. I would then explain the movements needed to stay on the ramp such as keys that are needed to use (A,D,S). I would talk about keeping speed, strafing, bhopping and the way you should land on ramps. If I feel like they need more support I would link the user one of many guides on youtube. These videos go more in depth and would allow the user to understand everything.
An example would be:

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: If the user was blatantly mic spamming (Spamming music or shouting into their mic) I would instantly gag them. As a mod my responsibility is to stop that sound from interrupting other players and handing out the reasonable punishment. If it was text chat I would mute them for text spam, if they don't understand why they have been gagged/muted I would explain it to them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would tell the user to stop immediately, after that I would hand their punishment out which could mean warning them/banning them with some Admin help.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I believe I should be chosen as staff as I feel like I could be great help to the current staff team. My activity is something to take into account as it improves every day. I talk to people in a soft and calm manner, which allows me to come off as a helpful individual in the server. I have also staffed on another Zarp server as a TTT admin and had to enforce all the same rules that are on Surf. I try to help new players as much as I can with the pointshop and on how to surf. I'm not as experienced as others but I know the basics of Surf and I am able to explain crucial info to new users.
