Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time being a moderator will help me contribute to me being admin because I have experience with sits and F1's etc. I know more on how to deal with said situations after my return. I have already learned how to handle F1's efficiently once again, which will help me in the future with bans.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I was on server 3 and I kept having to kick a propspammer because he was non stop propspamming and I couldnt do anything other than kick him or mass warn him. I have had multiple situations where bans are necessary for LTAP and Mass RDM. I also have to freeze people manually through the tab menu which is extremely painful when there is more than just one person mass rdming in spawn.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player x, I have looked at your appeal and this was your first ban. I am going to accept this, but in order to prevent you being banned again, please read the SSRP rules. Thank you for playing at ZARP and have fun!


Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
1. A player is propspamming and causing immense lag to the server or crashing it completely. This player would probably be banned permanently, crashing the server is usually malicious.
2. A player is Mass RDMing after having multiple recent punishments including one for Mass RDM. This player would probably be banned for a few days.
3. A player is constantly harassing and targeting somebody after being told to stop by the person themselves, and other admins. This player would probably be banned for a few weeks.

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server: The main functions of the F1 menu are the F1's themselves, the Warnings, the loggings, and the Active NLR. The warnings can help you remove any active warnings that may have been applied on accident or falsely. The logging is very useful when figuring out who killed someone or if somebody died while breaking NLR, logs should be used frequently. Active NLR is useful when figuring out if someone is breaking NLR.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
I would first tell the player to stop as I usually am not offended by anything, however if the player continues they would be muted as they are interfering with my administration.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
First, I would check their rapsheet and see if it is a repeated offense or if they are a constant rulebreaker. If they are a constant rulebreaker, I would have their ban reduced to 2 weeks. If it is the first time that they have been banned I would unban them fully.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I feel like I should be promoted because Its so much easier to help the server by being an admin. I have access to many more things and I can freeze people easier. I have shown my dedication to ZARP and want to be able to have more powers to help out alot more. Being an admin will effect the server greatly, I will have access to banning rulebreakers than rulebreak nonstop and or stop server lag. It will be a lot easier being an admin than being a moderator and with my experience in F1's. I will be able to make sure that rulebreaks don't happen without admins and not interrupting RP by cloaking when I am not doing anything. I feel like being an admin would be easier for me and would allow me to stop issue immediately.
