Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM means if you are an innocent and randomly kill another player for no reason
Or if you are a traitor and kill your traitor buddy (except it was a mistake)

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
Player A shoots Player B = acceptable KOS
A player throws an incendiary = acceptable KOS
Player refuses to get tested = acceptable KOS

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
Player A shoots in the air and Player B KOS's him
Player A KOS's Player B because he was in the tower where people just died, but Player A didn't see him actually kill these people

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 100 words):
Well actually I'm not gonna lie I don't have anything better to do than play some gmod, I've joined today and just love the community that is playing on here I hadn't laughed that often in a while and would love to be part of the community and help other people and also punish rdmers or people that just ignore the rules and come here to make the game not fun for other people. I'm 18 years old and played gmod for ages just bought the game again yesterday to enjoy some TTT again

I'm pretty sure that I'd fit into the Zarp community because I'm as crazy as the guys on the server

Application could use some more work. There are several things that need correction:

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM means if you are an innocent and randomly kill another player for no reason
Or if you are a traitor and kill your traitor buddy (except it was a mistake)

Any role can RDM, including detectives.

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
Player refuses to get tested = acceptable KOS

Hopefully, you mean that said player has been warned in chat at least twice by the detective.

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
Player A shoots in the air and Player B KOS's him

Shooting in the air can easily be taken for traitor baiting, which is KOSable.

Your activity isn't too good either, so maybe reapply after you've fixed mentioned things you need to work on.

RDM doesn't have to be killing someone for no valid reason , it also includes damaging them.

All three of these are wrong in one way or another.
A could have a valid reason to shoot b so you have to ask him why killed B and you can only kill him if he doesn't give a valid reason unless he runs away from the body without iding it.
Nade throws are only kosable if they are thrown towards people or where people are about to go.
Only Detectives can kos people if they refuse to get tested and thats only after they have given 3 warnings in chat 10 seconds apart.

You seem like a nice guy, get two weeks of constant activity and also have a good read of the rules and then reapply and you will probably be accepted.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
