Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Scenario 1
The first situation in which I would use the ban command would be if a user has had many complaints about them, and upon checking their rap sheet I find a hefty amount of recent punishments, depending on the severity of the number of punishments would decide on how long their punishment lasts. For example - if a user has been reported for Mass RDM, and upon checking their rap sheet they have 4 or more recent punishments I would give them a 4-day ban for the reason of
Mass RDM + Recents and if needed I would add
+ no intent to RP.
Scenario 2
Another situation where I believe it would be appropriate to use the ban command would be where a user receives a high amount of hacking complaints, I would spectate the user and see if any suspicious activity is being performed if so I would send an anti-cheat check and have it confirmed if it comes back positive I would bring the user to a roof and I would tell them I will kick them and tell them to turn them off if they return and do not then I would issue a permanent ban to the user for
Hacking.
Scenario 3
A player is attempting to crash the server. If it is uncovered that a specific user is trying to crash the server I would TP to them freeze them and begin by deleting their props. I would then ban the user permanently for trying to crash the server.
Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
This is where you see F1 requests made by other users on the server when a player makes an F1 you will see it at the top right and in the menu when upon opening the F1 menu you will be met with a list of F1's if there has been some made and they're not being handled. Right-clicking on an F1 that is will give you the option to handle the F1 or mark it as spam. If you handled the F1 and right-clicked on it again it also gives you a goto and brings to get to the player easier. You can also abort handling the F1 if you need to!
The next three menus are the Warnings, Logging, and Active NLR, the warning menu just shows you who has been warned and why from the time you become Moderator, the logging tab is the part of the F1 menu you will mostly be using, this shows you things such as Kills / Deaths, Arrests, Defibs, Joins and Disconnects (leaving) and Job Changes, the logging section will start logging these things when you first join the server
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
I would ask the user to stop doing what they are doing otherwise action would be acted upon their actions, if they carry on I will voice mute the player, but the time would depend on what they said, if it wasn't too major they would receive a 5-minute voice mute for disrespect when asked to stop if it was offensive or included harsh lines they would receive a 10-minute voice mute instead.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I would begin with getting in contact with the staff member who punished this user, I will discuss it with them letting them know the effort put into the appeal for the ban, and assure them to give the user a chance as they seem very sorry about it, if the staff member agrees and allows the user to be unbanned the response would be as follows.
Hello Player X! After speaking with the staff member that banned you, we have decided to lift your ban on the server due to you seeming very sorry for your actions, please make sure to read through the server rules and be cautious not to break any rules otherwise the punishment will not be taken lightly next time. Consider this appeal

Why I should be promoted
Whilst being a moderator I have shown I am more than capable of my responsibility and I have shown great effort into staffing. When having the chance I will complete F1's as much as possible which some players may have noticed, it's also become more apparent that players are needing to be banned and jailed a lot more often as a lot of rulebreakers enter the server. It is also very hard to manage users when always having to go into the tab menu to do so! I am always active in-game and most of the time I am not AFK so I am always actively checking over the server. With my administrative powers, it would make it a lot easier to manage the server with ease. I try to be as active as I can when many staff members are not on, I also encounter many tricky situations to deal with as a moderator but I manage to get through them with ease, I have proven to be ready for this position and I believe I am ready to receive this role. I try to handle situations as calmly and as professionally as possible. I have also been handling over 80+ F1's a week showing I am dedicated towards ZARP and keeping it a better place Thank you for reading, all criticism is wanted and appreciated as I am trying to improve on areas where I lack!
