Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: Well, nothing really is new to me. I've been admin on the surf server before, and will use all of my previous experience as staff on all servers to contribute towards being a good surf admin!

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): Honestly nothing recently, haven't even had to mute a single person in all my game time. But, I'd like to be an admin so I'm able to handle abusive users in the future. In the past, I had encountered exploiters and had to get staff above me involved.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?Well, since I cannot ban players for cheating this is a clear breach of the policies and I should be punished immediately!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I should be promoted because I believe I've done a great job as Moderator so far! I've been an administrator on the servers before, am active, know the rules, and am friendly in game. As I've said, I've been Administrator on the server before, and Head Admin on lots of other ZARP Servers, a former BHOP Owner, Forums Administrator, and TS3 Head Administrator. This proves I know what I'm doing. I'm also a current SSRP Administrator, which shows these powers on Surf will not be a new concept to me seeing as both use FAdmin.
