Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is random deathmatch (killing at random) and an example of this is if I were to roll up on someones block and was like "what up cuhhhh" and blasted them with a 9 for no reason, that would be most certainly rdm. Unless they looking at me funny then I'm skullfucking them with a 9 iron.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is New life rule and you have to forget everything that pertained to your past life. An example of this is if that guy I wasted and skullfucked came back and then proceeded to skull fuck me back, he would not only be in trouble for revenge rdm but NLR as well.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.

I would simply get both sides to determine if there was any motive behind the actions, possibly revealing if it was emotionally driven, breaking the rules, or simply playing the game as it should be. Witnesses are biased and should not be used. Logs are a preferred method of finding out the facts and to catch a user in his or her lies. If guilty, I would simply warn them verbally or through the ulx menu and tell the user how this situation can be avoided next time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.

I am very liked amongst the community (staff and users), I am very friendly, dedicated, and help others no matter what the case. I would make a great staff member because not only am I very outgoing and witty but I am fair when it comes to disciplinary actions. I hold many leadership positions in my current career in the Marine Corps and I could 100% positively influence others with my skills. My 14 leadership traits I have are Judgement, fair justice, decisiveness, initiative, dependability, tact, integrity (which is a big one for me, because I personally hate liars so if you ask me something I will keep it real with you no matter what), endurance (patience), bearing (professionalism), unselfishness, courage, knowledge, loyalty, and enthusiasm. Great guy, very funny guy aswell! TerminalLance is something that the server currently lacks.

Met this guy yesterday, He is very chill and down to earth and would be an amazing addition to the staff team.

As long as that warning is gone you are good in my opinion.
