Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: Hmmmmmm... If someone were to have too many recent warnings (at least 6-7) then I would ban them. Or I would ban someone if they committed Mass RDM+LTAP

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I believe that I should be promoted because I have been a Moderator for 2 weeks and by the time of the next meeting that number will become 3 weeks! Also sometime, when I am on the server, I am the only staff member and sometimes, during these occasions, people know that i can't change peoples names so they will change their name to a disrespectful name. Yes I can kick them if they don't change it but they will just come straight back. Also another reason is that I cannot ba for Mass RDM + LTAP. This is much quicker than waiting for Administrators or higher doing this after being messaged via Discord. These are only some of the reasons I should be promoted and there are many many more.

Think you need more experience seeing as though you did nearly resign for struggling. Nothing personal but it would be nice to have some more experience under your belt.
