Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
As a first i would tell them that bhopping is a skillful gamemode. Which takes time to improve yourself. After introducing him to the bhop basics, such as strafing while holding a and d and the different kinds of styles on the server. I would also refer them to youtube where they can find loads of bhopping tutorials. If the person still has any questions, i'd be happy to answer them.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If someone starts to spam in chat or with their voice i would handle it by giving them a verbal as a first. If he user still continues on doing so, a gag/mute will do its job.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
When someone starts to use exploits to gain a better advantage i would ask them to stop, as its against the rules. If he doesn't stop after a verbal warning, i would kick them and contact a higher up if he can do anything about fixing this kind of exploit. (Not sure if there are any exploits rn)

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Recently i've started playing again and noticed that are not alot of staff members left. I got a good amount of activity and decided to go for moderator again. Staffing on the servers is something i have always enjoyed doing so. Within the years i have been a staff member on different servers within zarp, i got a good amount of experience on how to deal with certain situations. While playing, i also try my best to be active in chat to help other players out with their questions.
