How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:Time Zone: GMT+2 Link to Steam Profile: steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198059650404/ What server are you applying for? ZARP Bhop SteamID: STEAM_0:0:49692338 Current Gametracker Profiles: www.gametracker.com/player/OpenAI%20%28H...arpgaming.com:27019/ Estimated Server Time: 200 hours Languages I speak: English, Serbian, German I noticed some not good opinions of the ZARP within the staff, I warn them as a fellow staff but I would be taken more seriously if I were to have the super admin position. What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): We have a lack of lead team members. I'm organized and take the server seriously. I want the problems within the server fixed and I want to be an even bigger authority which means more issues get solved. I usually hold a high authority position in whatever I do, because I don't take things lightly. As an admin/mod, I have always resolved difficult situations in front of me. Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: As already said, another staff was not saying the nicest thing about the server. I criticized that as a fellow staff and that was fine, but if I was a lead team member. I would be able to resolve it with a higher authority and be taken more seriously. Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: I would review the report first by seeing if the template is okay. If not, I would refer them to the right use of the template. If the template is fine, I would review if the made claims/evidence are valid by re-checking them. If they are, I would have to talk to the staff member in question and talk to the rest of the team on the weekly meeting. Further decisions are too situation based to be said here. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I would talk to the staff member to get their perspective of the situation and their reasoning. I would try to spot where the problem in their reasoning is and the intention behind the ban. I would educate them on how to handle these situations in the future and we would resolve this. I would consider the staff's reputation/history/intention for my decision on what to do with them. I would bring this up in the weekly meeting as well. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? Talk to both of them. Gather the evidence from both sides and spot the problem. This can result into many different decisions based on the evidence, the first staff might be in fault or the second. Depending on the severity/intentions/history/reputation... I would also bring this up in the weekly meeting. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? There is no reason for a public feud, I would stop the arguments. I would again talk to all sides, get all the evidence and make the appropriate decision after bringing this up on the weekly meeting... Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I would talk to the staff and get a grasp of the situation, talk to the team on the weekly meeting and make an appropriate punishment. |
