When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
An appropriate time to use the ban command would be if the player had more than 5 recent on his rap sheet.
Another reason to use the ban command would be if a player is constantly racist.
Also if a player is being very disrespectful or mass disrespecting and the he straight dips, this would be bannable.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
Currently I have no situation which I had to work around but maybe in the time of the next meeting there might be a situation. But if there isn't situation then I won't need to edit the application.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
The reason why I should be promoted is because I am a great staff member I'am very respectful to staff and users. Plus I have great suggestions and lastly I love DEATHRUN <3
